Busy Weekend this weekend! Two Weddings and two parties! Here are pictures of the flowers for the weddings.

This is Wedding 1 for Lindsey at the Ramada. Her wedding is all red roses, white roses and red hypericum berries.

Wedding 2 is at Toledo Club and in this picture the white hydrangea for bouquets is shown. Also shown are white dendrobium orchids for the centerpieces and white hypericum berries which will be sprayed gold for the bouquets.

This red rose is absolutely gorgeous as well as the mini gerbs.

Red anemone opening up for the bridesmaids bouquets. We have white anemone too for the bride!

We were so excited when Adrienne came in a few weeks ago and still needed a florist for her wedding this coming weekend! Her Aunt had offered to do her flowers, but changed her mind last minute. If something of that magnitude had happened a few weeks before my wedding there is no way I would have as laid back as Adrienne!

We’ve got Adrienne all set for this weekend and some of her flowers came in today so I wanted to share.  It’s going to be a gorgeous winter wedding with burgundy dresses and red, white and burgundy flowers.

Tiffany and Adam’s wedding took place at Rosary Cathedral and the Stranahan. It was a gorgeous wedding of shades of lighter pink roses, white roses, and white miniature calla lilies.

Tiffany asked that we incorporate a rosary into her bouquet and Meghan did a great job!

Check out the iron stands that are available to be rented from BBBJ for your ceremony and then transferred to your reception for double use. I hope everyone loves it! Can’t wait to share more photos from Rich Papas when I get them!

We made it to Duck, North Carolina yesterday around 4pm after sitting in tons of traffic! My mom had picked up the flowers from Brooks Florist so that they would be all ready for me to design today.

Here are some preview pictures for you from yesterday and today. The wedding is today at 5:30.

The flowers that we chose for my mom were pink peonies, iris, orange spray roses, hot pink roses, orange/red hypericum berries and purple veronica. Lots of color!

I started dating my boyfriend after his sister Katie had already started planning her wedding in March. I was so happy that she was still able to include me by asking me to do the reception flowers. Since she needed 70 centerpieces she chose wheatgrass centerpieces and added votives to make a very cost effective centerpiece. We made large curly willow lighted trees for behind the head table and a gorgeous arrangement for the front entry. It turned out great!

This wedding was fun because Nick was a friend from college, and Mallory has become a friend through us all teaching Agriculture. I got to know her better when Nick, Mallory and I took students to National Convention in Indianapolis a few years ago. They weren’t dating at the time, but got together soon after! They are such a cute couple and are so happy!

Mallory picked out white oriental lilies to go with her clover green theme. The bridesmaids carried white oriental lilies and Mallory carried white oriental lilies and white roses. Everything smelled and looked great! We designed lilies and white tulle bows all the way down the aisle as well. Here is a picture of the unity candle and memorial candle arrangement too.

Then we transferred them to the reception hall onto a gorgeous arbor that had been built for them as a wedding gift! I didn’t do the centerpieces, but wanted to show them off anyway… They grew wheat grass in their greenhouse at school and the little fences around them were built by their students! Such a great idea and they turned out wonderful!

Mallory and Nick’s wedding took place at gorgeous St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Defiance with the reception at Knights of Columbus. Since we were guests at the wedding as well, I thought I’d show off my cute boyfriend and I : )

Congratulations to Jessica and Graham, two graduates of Southview, my Alma mater! And their photographer was Jenny Benz, from Captured with Love, another Southview grad! I used to be Graham’s next door neighbor!

The wedding took place at Olander Park in Sylvania and they had a gorgeous day for it! Check out the gorgeous bouquet of white oriental lilies, purple hydrangea and purple iris. The bridesmaids carried bouquets of purple hydrangea and purple statice. The deck looked great with two flower arrangements placed on iron stands rented from BBBJ. If needed, we also have shorter ones available for when you transfer the ceremony flowers into the reception.

I hope they had a wonderful night tonight!

So I completely fell in love with Nicole’s sweet family! Everyone was so helpful and worked together as a team! You could not believe the army they had working on this wedding from the ceremony to the reception hall. Every bride should be so lucky!

Nicole’s ceremony was at McCord Road Christian Church and her bouquet was created from white hydrangeas, light blue delphinium, purple stock and white stephanotis with pearl centers. Her bridesmaid’s carried blue hydrangea. We lined the aisle with white tulle and white, green and blue hydrangeas. Check out these gorgeous alter and unity arrangements! This church was so modern and fun!

At Central Park West, we decorated with three different size cylinders filled with key limes, purple stock and blue hydrangea with iridescent stones and blue wire accents on half the tables. On 1/4 of the tables we had arrangements with purple stock and 1/4 with blue delphinium. There were four tables with green, white, and purple dendrobium orchids and bear grass in design pillars. A family friend created the blue table runners which really added to the theme!

Can’t wait to see pictures from Scott Hall!
